Our Career Consultants will help you gain insight into your goals, values, strengths, and areas of focus and create a clear pathway forward for your success. We will support you to develop the self-awareness, skills and competencies required to address current and future situations and help you elevate your career.

  • You can expect to work with professionals who bring expertise in career building, goal setting, skill development, and mental health literacy. Our Career Consultant will be a source of guidance and support that will help you reflect, question, and understand yourself through your life and work situations while keeping you accountable.

  • Absolutely! We are here to help you identify, understand, and take action around issues, challenges and hurdles you may be facing in your workplace and career journey. We can help you identify your career aspirations, personal values, essential skills and continuous habits, or delve into specific situations to grow and develop.

  • We are here to guide and work with you. Our Career Consultant will create a customized plan of action, where you work one-on-one with us to achieve your career success. Depending on the solution you begin with, we will have several conversations and practical exercises for you to complete. Like any relationship, the more you put into your sessions, the more you'll get out. We create a feedback loop with you that is focused on compassion and care. We expect you to do the work, and we will build an accountability agreement so you can achieve great success.

  • By using the scheduling link in your client portal, as soon as you book a session with us, it’s confirmed! Appointments are usually available within 1-2 business days.

  • It typically takes 1-3 weeks to complete, depending on your schedule, our schedule, the level of changes requested, and how many rounds of edits are required.

  • Careers+ is based in Toronto, Ontario, and we offer virtual sessions internationally and in-person sessions at our head office in Toronto. Whether in-person or online, our sessions are secure and confidential.

  • Careers+ provides fee-based services, though many benefits/extended health plans cover sessions and assessments with our registered Psychotherapist on staff.
