We can help you identify your career aspirations, personal values, essential skills and continuous habits, or delve into specific situations to grow and develop.

We are here to guide and work with you. Our Career Consultant will create a customized plan of action, where you work one-on-one with us to achieve your career success. Depending on the solution you begin with, we will have several conversations and practical exercises for you to complete. Like any relationship, the more you put into your sessions, the more you'll get out. We create a feedback loop with you that is focused on compassion and care. We expect you to do the work, and we will build an accountability agreement so you can achieve great success.

Careers+ is based in Toronto, Ontario, and we offer virtual sessions internationally and in-person sessions at our head office in Toronto. Whether in-person or online, our sessions are secure and confidential.

Careers+ provides fee-based services, though many benefits/extended health plans cover sessions and assessments with our registered Psychotherapist on staff.
