Liane graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2013. She has been working in the mental health field since 2015 and is a registered Psychotherapist. She utilizes various modalities depending on the needs of our clients, including Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
